Regular Information
Regular commissions are for personal use only! Meaning I own all rights to them. This artworks may be used as profile pictures/banners and such, but may not be used for profit.Licensed commissions are to be used for profit. However the license does not include to use of AI training. Meaning none of my works can be used to train AI models! Please contact me via email for large commercial works and more elaborate commissions so we can agree on a quote!I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc may be used by me to produce physical prints and other merchandise for my shop as I see fit.The prices displayed are base prices! Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.Deadlines
The dealines for different commission types are the following:
Character Sketch: 2 Weeks
Character Render: 4 to 6 Weeks
Lincensed Character Render: 6 to 12 WeeksPlease give me at most three (3) months max to complete the commission just in case something I don't have control over arises. I value quality and detail and thus put many hours into my drawings, so please be patient. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile! I normally provide updates at the rough sketch, flat colors, and final check phases.Reposting and sharing the artwork is alright, but please give credit on @hetoenlizPlease provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in declination. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.Payment for works outside of Ko-Fi:
Payment is via PayPal only. An invoice will be sent by me. A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working. Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finish up your request.If for reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the sketch as been approved, I can give a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).In the rare event I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed. (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).Other
Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.Process (Dependant on the type of commission)
Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch (and flat color if necessary) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested.Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered.By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above and on the invoice.
